Is everything authentic? Yes, every product. We source through verified channels and ship genuine Korean skincare only. No fakes, no gray-market mystery stock. Ever. If you ever doubt a product, tell us and we'll make it right.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take? Our products ship from within the US, so you're looking at standard domestic delivery, not a three-week wait from overseas. You'll get tracking as soon as your order goes out.

I'm completely new to Korean skincare. Where do I start? Right here. Check out our Start Here edit, it's the essentials, chosen to take the guesswork out. Or shop by what your skin actually needs (glass skin, hydration, brightening, and so on). You don't need ten steps. You need the right few.

How do I know which products are right for me? That's the whole reason Sofé exists. We organize everything by skin concern, not by confusing ingredient lists, and we only carry products we'd actually recommend. Still stuck? Message us. We're happy to point you the right way.

Do you offer returns? For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned, but if something arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll sort it out. Your trust matters more to us than any single sale.

Do I need a full routine to see results? No. Start with one or two products that target what you care about most. Good skincare is about consistency, not quantity. Build slowly.
