Returns & Refunds
Because we sell skincare and personal care products, most items can't be returned once they've been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard across the beauty industry, and it's how we keep every product you receive sealed, safe, and authentic.
That said, we want you to be happy with your order, so here's how we handle things.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at hello@sofeshop.com and we'll make it right, a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Photos help us sort it out faster.
Unopened items If you change your mind about an unopened, unused item in its original packaging, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll review your request. Approved returns are sent to our returns address (we'll share it when your return is approved). Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
Items that can't be returned For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products can't be returned. We also can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Once we receive and review your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, reach out at hello@sofeshop.com.
EU customers If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
