Where we ship from
All Sofé orders ship from within the United States, fast, authentic Korean skincare without the long waits from overseas.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any promotions or free-shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, reach out and we'll check on it.

Order issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or if tracking shows a problem, contact us at hello@sofeshop.com and we'll help sort it out.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from your order total. International delivery may take longer due to customs processing. By placing an international order, you agree that any applicable duties or import fees are your responsibility.
