Shipping Policy

Where we ship from All Sofé orders ship from within the United States. No long waits from overseas, no surprise customs fees, just authentic Korean skincare, sent to you domestically.

Processing time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any promotions or free-shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, reach out and we'll check on it.

Order issues If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or if tracking shows a problem, contact us at hello@sofeshop.com and we'll help sort it out.

International shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're ordering from outside the US, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether we can deliver to your location.
